Isaac is just helping this lady to inflate safely, don't worry, he isn't being a creep and that's why he's giving her his back, to give her some privacy even though he's there. He's just taking care of the airtank for safety purposes.
Now this was a special commission that was fun to work in. Quite complicated as well, size difference is not something I am used to draw but I belive here it is portrayed rather well.
